Come take a smooth water float trip down the Colorado River with Wilderness River Adventures. Half and All-Day trips are available.

You'll depart from the Colorado River Discovery and be transported to the river some 700' below the canyon's rim. There you'll board stable and comfortable river rafts at the base of Glen Canyon Dam.

Experienced guides will then take you on a memorable and amazingly scenic tour through the Colorado River gorge - stopping to view prehistoric petroglyphs and local wildlife.

Between the canyon walls that rise a thousand or more vertical feet, you'll float on smooth water that is sometimes blue-green and sometimes the deep russet color of the canyon walls, you may even spot a heron or two along the riverbank. Watch golden eagles, condors and peregrine falcons as they soar and dive above.

Once you've reached historic Lees Ferry, some 15 miles downstream, you'll enjoy a relaxing motorcoach ride back to Page via the Navajo Nation Reservation stopping at the incredible Navajo bridges.
